In 1998, after years of training and experience at The Culinary Institute of America, Kevin O'Neill opened Neillio's as a small storefront on Mass Ave in Arlington. Now, 25 years later, Kevin has built Neillio's into a renowned gourmet carry out retailer, and a leading full-service catering company. Born in Boston and raised in Woburn, Kevin is a true New Englander who likes spending his free time at the Cape enjoying fresh seafood. Out of all of his accomplishments, he is most proud of his two beautiful children Kelly & Kevin Jr.

“To social” is what Shelly’s 3rd grade teacher told her parents - she was right! Shelly has always had a passion for great food and entertaining guests. She possesses a culinary degree from Newbury College. It is not uncommon to see her at the front of the store helping guests, behind the sandwich line helping the team or in the kitchen with an apron on during the busy seasons. Her attention to detail and menu creation ability assures our clients that their event will be everything the expect.

A professional cook since 1992, Chef Ken has been our Executive Chef since February 2019. Previously the Sous Chef at Harvard Business School in Boston, and the former Chef of Resident Dining at Bentley University, he loves using fresh seasonal ingredients to create exciting recipes. He enjoys working closely with his Sous Chef Michael to create new seasonal specials for the catering menu. In Chef’s spare time he enjoys frequent trips to the Maine coast with his family.

A child of the 90’s, Bryan is the face of our deli. If you’ve ever come in to get a sandwich, you know him! A true “people’s person”, he loves to connect with every customer. One of his favorite parts of the job is creating our delicious Weekly Panini Specials menu. A manager in the industry for over 5 years, Bryan’s priority is making sure each customer leaves the deli with a smile!

Born & raised in Ukraine, Lana has been a core part of the Neillio's team since she joined in 2021. Always patient and kind, Lana has been working in Customer Service for over 10 years. Making everyone at the deli feel at home, her calming presence will rub off on you! Leading our fabulous Retail team, she will always go above and beyond for anyone. One of her favorite parts of the job is creating bonds with & helping our more elderly customers. In her down time, she enjoys traveling & practicing yoga.

Growing up in a Catering family, Melissa has been in the industry for her entire life. Previously Owner & Operator of Severino's Catering in Winchester, she then went on to work at Not Your Average Joes as the Corporate Trainer before landing at Neillio's in 2022. Melissa loves working closely with clients for Social & Corporate Catering events, coordinating every detail for their success. Born & raised in Winchester, always prioritizing family, her favorite pass time is spending time with her grandchildren.
